2008-2009 K.I.S. Price Protection for Home Heating Oil and Propane

For Home Heat Customers who Use A Minimum of 500 Gallons

For those customers who believe the price will go up we offered a lock-in rate of $3.899 per gallon for home heating oil and $2.399 per gallon for propane heat.

We also offered a pre-buy price of $3.799 per gallon for home heating oil and $2.299 per gallon for propane heat.

For those customers who believe the price will go down we offered the opportunity to buy at market price (daily posted price.)

We also offered a pre-buy that would allow you to purchase at a price of $.10 per gallon below the listed price. For example if the market price is $3.799 - you would pay $3.600 per gallon.

Terms and Conditions

1. All K.I.S. program prices are in effect from 9/30/2008 to 4/30/2009.
2. Per gallon price does not include applicable taxes and delivery surcharge (if applicable).
3. Customer agrees to purchase all heating oil (blends and kerosene) or propane from Reisdorf Oil and Propane during the terms of this agreement (9/30/2008 to 4/30/2009
4. Any unused pre-buy gallons will be converted to a credit balance on your account as of 5/1/09.
5. If pre-buy consumption exceeds the number of gallons purchased before 5/01/09 additional gallons will be billed at the lock-in price of $3.899 per gallon for heating oil and $2.399 for propane.
6. Account must be kept current at all time to receive special rates.
7. Enrolled customers who opt out prior to the 5/01/09 end date may be charged a service fee. Our fixed price gallons are purchased based on total participants gallons.
   

It is your responsibility to either hand deliver or mail this contract to one of our locations before the start date of 9/30/08. We can not honor contracts that are mailed and not received by us. Best Way - drop off at any of our three locations. 2nd Best - Mail and then check with our office to make sure we received it.

All price programs are in effect from September 30, 2009. Enrollment ends on 9/30/09 and any existing automatic delivery customers will continue to be delivered at our Market Price. Fuel prices are guaranteed unless a situation arises beyond our control such as natural disaster, major catastrophe, or worldwide supply disruption makes it impossible to do so. Reisdorf Oil and Propane reserves the right to withdraw this offer without notice. Copyright 2008
